Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to come in and have a comfortable visit.
Getting in
- The practice is on the ground floor, and the door is step-free with a ramp.
- The door is wide enough for wheelchairs and mobility scooters, and there is space to turn in the waiting area and test rooms.
- Two parking spaces are behind the practice. Ask Margaret if you need one kept for you.
At the practice
- A hearing loop at the front desk.
- Large-print forms and questionnaires. Ask at the desk, or tell us when you book.
- Assistance dogs are welcome.
- You can bring a friend, family member or carer into the test with you.
- Staff will talk you through every step, and we can leave the lights lower for anyone who finds the bright room hard.
When you book
Use the "Anything we should know?" box when you book online, or call us on 0113 496 0150. We can allow a longer appointment, and Saturdays and mornings are often quieter.
Can't get to us
We are arranging home visits.
This is a demo shop; Clearview Opticians is fictional.
