Home visits

Some people cannot easily get to a practice because of illness, disability or frailty. An eye test at home (a domiciliary visit) can be arranged for those who qualify for an NHS-funded one.

We are arranging domiciliary visits and cannot book them online yet. Please call us on 0113 496 0150 and Margaret, our practice manager, will talk it through, tell you where we have got to and take your details.

If you can reach us with some help, remember that the practice is step-free with a hearing loop, and that you can bring a friend or carer.
