You can also collect from the practice for free, and have glasses fitted when you do.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an unworn, unused non-prescription item, such as sunglasses without prescription lenses, cases, cleaning kits and eye care products. Keep it in its original packaging, and contact us first. We refund to your original payment method once it arrives.

For hygiene, we cannot take back opened eye drops or contact lens solutions.

Glasses made to your prescription

Glasses and lenses made to a prescription are made just for you, so we cannot take them back or refund them. We do offer:

• a 12-month frame guarantee
• a free adaptation guarantee: if you struggle to get used to new lenses, come back within 30 days and we will check them and, where we can, adjust or remake them at no charge

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.
