12-month frame guarantee

Every frame we sell comes with a 12-month guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship.

What is covered

• A hinge, nose pad or arm that fails through normal use
• A coating or finish that peels or flakes
• A part that breaks when the glasses have been looked after

If a frame is faulty, we will repair it or replace it. Where we replace a frame, we can reuse your lenses if they still fit.

What is not covered

• Accidental damage, such as a bent frame from sitting on it
• Loss or theft
• Wear and tear from rough use
• Scratched lenses (see our free adaptation guarantee on delivery and returns)

Adjustments and repairs

Adjustments are free for as long as you own the glasses, and you do not need an appointment. We repair accidental damage where we can, usually while you wait: see repairs and adjustments.
